Small Changes for a Healthier Life

Most people find they can make lasting changes to their lifestyle if they take it one step at a time. If you’re determined to enjoy healthier foods, you could start by listing some small changes you can easily integrate into your daily diet.

Think about which foods you could replace, and different ways of cooking. For example: Choose non-hydrogenated margarine over hydrogenated. And try to cook in the oven more often instead of frying. To succeed in changing your eating habits, you probably need to make some changes almost every day for about six weeks. These new habits will then become part of your daily (healthier) diet and you’ll start to feel the benefits.
